Cheat Meals?

When cutting I always have a cheat meal. If i'm on a low carb diet, I'll snack for several hours on sugary/carby foods and keep my protein moderate and fat levels low. This will charge my metabolism (because it causes leptin to be released, speeding the metabolism back up which slows as one diets). For me, its essential.
If I'm not low carb dieting i'll have a meal of my choosing and nothing more.0
