So how do you break up your daily calories, as well as carbs/fat/protein, in order to make the most your meals and snacks?

Before I go to bed I plan out what my dinner is first and if its a lifting day I add my protein shake in. After I have dinner figured out I just split up the rest of my calories between breakfast, lunch and one or two snacks. Im currently eating 1600 cal a day so it normally works out to about 600 for dinner, 300 protein shake, 200-300 breakfast, 300-400 lunch and than 100-200 for snacks. I eat about 120-160 grams of protein on lifting days and 80-120 on non lifting days. fats are normally between 40-70 grams and carbs vary the most, sometimes Ill eat 50 grams of carbs sometimes 250 it all depends what my meals are that day. Id say carbs are normally in teh 160 range tho.0
