I need a steak taco recipe...

Not neccesarily tacos, but, I have a strip steak that I am cooking for dinner ( a sm. one that I am sharing w/fiance) and I just bought some LaTortilla soft taco shells, and wanted a good recipe, or to put it on a salad. Thanks!

    This is a marinade reciped I have used that is good, makes the steak taste more like steak...doesn't give it any strong flavor. But depends if you want it for tacos, just may want to give it a rub with some chili powder, cumin, salt and pepper and grill. :tongue:
