I'm really having trouble finding good supplements and low fat/calorie foods. Does anyone know where I can buy Optimum Nutrition or Skinny Cow or other useful products in Hong Kong?

do you mean organic product? if so, you have to walk around those small local shops on the street or in shops at local malls. there may be some inside MTR station.0

it is still quite rare in HK from what i saw when i was the in May, you just have to keep your eyes open, i found one or two supps places around the ladies market, and up in the blocks of flats in central. Take advantage of the unmolested natural foods, fresh fish, teas, loads of soya over dairy.0

Try to avoid the tim sum in hk, as they are really fattening! Try their soup as hong konger are best known for brewing soup! Simply remove the layer of oil above them and it should be low in calorie and nutritious!0
