I have never had a problem with water weight, I have had days where I have gone well over 2500 and even over Christmas with all that ham I still never gained any water weight (or any weight at all for that matter)
Am I the only one who has never had a problem with water weight and simply don't have to watch the sodium content of foods/drinks?? I can have days upon days where I eat under 800 sodium (because that's what your supposed to do) but it makes no difference to my weight loss or gain, its simply always the same.
Thanks In advance

Sodium doesn't affect me either. I do know some people are really sensitive to it. I don't purposely go crazy or anything, but I don't really worry about it either.0
