Same vicious cycle, same results...ARG

I get all excited for a couple of weeks, hit my exercises really hard, dial in my diet and stay under my calories, and then something happens.
It's two weeks later, and I'm eating the same crap again. I keep doing this.
I know better, I want to lose weight, I WANT to get back down to 210. I want all these things, yet I keep sabotaging myself. Why!?
Any helpful advice?
