Today I totally failed, Ive had SERIOUS munchies all day, i dont even think im hungry, but I feel I NEED to eat :(

    Sometimes my body tries to tell me I need to CONSTANTLY eat! When this happens I slam a bottle of water or 2. If that doesn't work I force myself to wait for 20 minutes ... if the hunger subsides then I know my mind was playing tricks on me.. If I'm still feeling a hunger pain well then its time to eat! :)

    Try chewing gum, drinking tea or water or brushing your teeth. Go distract yourself; vacuum, clean the house, pay bills... you won't be eating out of boredom if you aren't bored!

    EXERCISE! Go for a walk, hit the weights, anything. You wont feel like eating while your exercising.

    You will probably feel hungry afterwards, but then you should eat.
