I started out at 250, now at 231 after giving up soda alone. I'm 5'4 and 23 years young with plantar fasciitis in my left foot.
I'm at a standstill. I really oddly don't eat badly [cheeseburgers, chinese food or anything extreme], BUT dessert is sometimes my Achilles's heel. For years, I've worked out off and on but diligently and never really see major results. I'm starting to believe it's a mentality that I need to shake off.

I can't run or walk right sometimes because of my foot. I have to use the elliptical and stationary bike or walking for cardio. My quality of life is pathetic for being this young. I don't feel like I'd ever give up the fight, but I'm getting tired. Tired of never seeing the scale numbers dwindle. Tired of never having to shop for a size down.
