Chocolate Blueberry Pie, and did I mention it's healthy?

So this is a picture of the pie I just made. It was extremely easy to make, it's raw/vegan, it's delicious, AND it only has 4 ingredients. The recipe is from the "Easy To Be Raw" videos sent to me by Blissfulyoga!
Filling:
4 cups of Blueberries
20-30 dates *I adjusted to desired thickness*
Carob powder
Crust:
Dry shredded Coconut
Dates
Now I actually made a smaller version of this recipe, and I just added ingredients until I felt the consistency was right. But starting with the crust, put your dates and coconut in the food processor until it can be formed into a ball. Sprinkle a little coconut in your pie pan *so the crust doesn't stick* and smash down the "dough" until pan is covered. For the filling, blend all ingredients until it reaches a thick consistency, and add carob by the teaspoon until you think it's chocolate-y enough. Pour the filling in the crust, decorate with blueberries if you like, and refrigerate for an hour. That's it!
*Keep in mind, just because it's healthy doesn't mean you should eat the whole thing. This pie is filling enough anyways that you won't want more than a small slice at a time.
Happy Eating!
