I've made these twice now. They are awesome! The last batch I used green food coloring in the "cheesecake" part and used mint instead of the vanilla. They tasted like thin mint brownies. Luckily, I have an office full of people willing to eat them. Thanks again OP for posting!
I LOVE the idea of adding the mint! Awesome suggestion!!

These look amazing, I have to make them!

Could you just use an egg in place of the egg substitute? I don't think they're available in the UK, at least I've never seen them in the supermarkets.

Try here. I looked at Tesco and they didn't have anything.

I made these as part of a Valentine's romantic dinner and it was a massive success. Easy to make and at 74 calories a square definitely worth it. I'm in the UK and used Truvia and extra light Philly so here's another variation on the recipe if anyone's interested:

    Cheesecake brownie

    75g wholemeal flour
    60g cocoa
    1/4 tsp salt
    1 egg
3 medium egg whites (2 large)
    100g soft brown sugar
    40g truvia
1 tube of Ella's Kitchen apples apples apples
    1 shot coffee
    2 tsp vanilla

    100g Philadelphia extra light
    20g truvia
    1 egg
    1 tbsp plain white flour
1 tbsp Fage 0% Greek yoghurt
    1 tsp vanilla

I made 16 squares in an 8x8 pan and they came out at 74 calories each.

    Enjoy!

Thank you so much, I made them using this basic recipe last night to bring to work for my workmates and they all loved them!
