Standing Vs. Sitting

I used to have a standing desk at work bbut no longer... Along comes this article, and I think I will make the request to get a standing desk again. Do you sit or stand at your desk job? You could get your office to accomidate it- with the right approach...

this does not apply to me, i dont have a desk job, so i guess i am a stander lol. however, a friend of mine just posted his updated workstation picture on facebook, and not only did his company accommodate for the standing desk ,he has now upgraded to a treadmill workstation where he walks on the treadmill as he works. craziness, but really cool! when i do sit at a desk, i sit on an exercise ball.0

I stay at home but have always stood instead of sitting. It is much easier to stay motivated to do housework etc if I am already standing.0
