Ok someone posted a topic and tuns out they were a fake profile of a very obese woman. The post said she weighrd almost 700 lbs and she needed help. Then people labled her a "troll" and it was found to be a fake profile....why do ppl make fake profiles and create fake forum posts? And what is the definition of a "troll" ? And not the ones with jewels in their bellies!! (I know somebody is gonna go there! Lol) just wondering why ppl do this?

Some people go fishing by putting bait on their line, dangling it out of the boat in the water, and slowly driving the boat around the lake, hoping to hook a big fish. It's pretty much the same thing. The profile, picture, and inflammatory posting are the bait.
It's just a pathetic bid for attention, and not worth the time or effort to respond to them.
Please don't feed the trolls.0 -

Ehh, chances are, they're teenagers with nothing better to do with their time. Gotta take a break in between sessions to let the calluses heal, if you know what I mean lol.0

Trolls post with the intent of provoking readers into an emotional response or to disrupt normal on-topic discussion. Ignoring their topics is what makes them go away pretty much, where as posting and reacting is what encourages them like jskaggs said0
