I started my mission 10 days ago, I use Herbalife 2x/day instead breakfast and dinner and also exercise every day with Jillian - 30DS. My goal is to loose 50lbs in 5 months and so far I've lost 4lbs in 10 days. Counting calories daily with myfitnesspal iphone app really helps to keep track on what I eat.
