I am looking for friends to help and support me lose weight! I have just done my first week and gutted that i have not lost anything :(
I exercised 3 times last week and am a bit confused too when it works out the calories? i did step for an hour and it said i had only used 36 calories??/

help need tips and moitvation!!!
