Hey guys,
Checking this out after a friend suggested it. I've maintained a fairly large weight loss for a while now but would like to lose at least another 30 (40 would be spectacular).
I'm a limo driver, I live in downtown L.A. with my husband, Greyhound, Shep Mix and 2 kitties.
Blessings

You've done outrageously well over the past years. I look forward to watching you lose that 40 (my goal too!)0

How long since we both went on J2S...wow, like 10 years! I have to thank you for giving me that photo from Phoenix. Looking at it makes me grateful. As for you, I look at you and see a beautiful woman.
Thank you for tagging me, just what I needed to put the Twizzlers down and get back at it.0 -
It's been a loooooooooong time since J2S. I'm just grateful I met you We must be related in some other life. Looking at that photo of us from Phoenix gives me true inspiration. I see a man who has made an enormous change in his life. So much has changed since then! You moved back to LA, you got married, you got healthy and look A-W-E-S-O-M-E!!!!
By the way...I stinking love Twizzlers too. My daughter got the huge pack where they're a foot or so long apiece. I nearly went nuts trying to avoid them. I think I only ate three total and she wolfed the rest down. Thank god for that.0 -
When you sent me the link to this site I'd just finished off one of those foot long packs of cherry Twizzlers. I think it made the 3rd in one week. I'm not quite sure what it is that I'm trying not to feel but I'll be damned if I gain back all that weight I lost.
Wow, I first started J2S when we lived in Pasadena and I was on WW in 2002.0 -
Top of the morning to everyone!
I'm going to try the carb counting with Jorge Cruise's belly fat diet because of my diabetes. When I was first diagnosed my weight was 368 pounds. I'm now down to 255 so still have quite a bit to lose but just can't seem to get it off with WW or other diets. Hard for me to exercise because of knee problems. I'm going to have trouble learning to go lower carb because I'm addicted to bread and potatoes (and chips) but I am a meat eater as well so hopefully this will balance out. I'm going to give it a month and see what happens. I will have my hardest time on the weekends as my DH and I enjoy eating out. I'm hoping you all have great success this week and this year with taking off the pounds and getting fit!
What is J2S if I may ask?0
