Ok so yesterday I had derby try outs and I fell and hurt my wrist. I know it’s not broken as I can move my fingers (there is some pain when I do it) but the rest of the movement is just not happening. Yesterday I iced it, had a bath and kept it raised.
I put it in a sling to come to work but now it’s really sore, I’m sure it’s just a sprain but I’ve never had any injury like this before so I’m not sure what to do with it now. Do I wrap it and just take pain killers? How long do they normally take to heal?
