Hello, hope everyone has it in their minds today to exercise. Even just a short workout will start your week out healthy. Let me know what you did.

Me: treadmill x30 min and crunches done for the day----HOORAY!

    Worked all day...over 11,000 steps and then did the Insanity fit test after 2 weeks. Improved somewhat. Still not stepping on the scale...we'll wait and see what it says in another couple of weeks.
