Exercise and sinus infections

Just wondering if anyone else out there has had issues with exercising giving them sinus infections? Sometimes during a workout when my heart rate goes up and my head starts moving quickly (for example during aerobics or jogging) my head will start to pound and I start getting a lot of pressure behind my nose. Sometimes it goes away on it's own, sometimes it only goes away if I take sinus medicine, and sometimes it ends up turning into an infection that lasts days. Any sugesstions would be greatly appreciated. I don't want this to get in the way of sticking with my new exercise schedule. Thanks!
