Anyone else not seeing it?

I've lost about 10pounds, and I've had several people comment on how I look like I've lost weight but I seriously cannot see it. Anyone else have this problem?

You see yourself everyday. It takes time before you notice. Did you take a before picture? If not, do it! At least a face and a body pic. Take a new one every week or two and then compare. Then youll see it. Its very motivating. But... congrats on the 10 pounds and others noticing!
  • Well done on losing 10lbs!! I first saw the difference in my face and when clothes began to get looser, after a couple of months and having to buy a few new things. Stick with it cos your doing well.

Other will always be the first to notice usually. It's tough for you because you see yourself so often the changes are subtle and not as noticeable until later.

Taking progress pictures weekly or biweekly would be a great thing to do to compare. Try taking the picture with the same clothing or lack thereof, and same spot/lighting..

Works both ways. When I cut for comps I can barely see anything and just feel skinny and when bulking up I just feel fat. Its just the way the mind works!
