Starting Crossfit Training...anyone else?

I just signed 6 months of my life away to hardcore Crossfit training after the most intense workout session of my life. I want to go from being the slowest one in class to being on-par with everyone else! Anyone else going through this training? I need all the motivation and support I can get!

    I do CrossFit. I know where you're coming from. I used to always be the slowest using the lightest weights. I'm now middle of the pack on some things, and the other day, I was in the group of the "strong girls" for dead lifts! I still modify things, but less and less as time goes on.

    Starting out, form is the most important part. Don't push onto heavier weights or go too fast when you're still just learning.
