I have been working out for the last few months and watching my cals - Im 5'7, 143 and on a 1200 cal diet.
Its only been 2 or so weeks since I joined mfp but have done my share of dieting/working out over the last six months.
Dont get me wrong ...in the last six months or so Ive seen the scale move from the 150s to where I am now but its not very motivating.

Goal weight is 125....please someone tell me its just a major plateau.

I am in the 140's as well and want to be in the 130s. It is possible. Not considered a plateau yet unless it's stuck for 2 months I believe. You are probably building some muscle and toning up too. Try to stay encouraged and motivated by reading the success stories and keep to your calorie limit and exercise! We can do this!
