NSVs keep me going

Well, I haven't seemed to drop any more inches anywhere that I actually measure, and the weight has not been dropping of as quickly in the past, so I have to hold onto those NSVs where I can. Yesterday I realized that I don't have any clothes that feel tight anymore - I can't say that there is anything in my closet now that I would have to suck in anything, or not button. (this surely doesn't count toward the "skinny" clothes that I put away long ago LOL).
I also recently realized that my chronic heartburn is pretty much gone - I have to take meds once in a while, but it is DEFINITELY not an everyday event anymore - woo hoo!
Putting it in that perspective, I'm pretty happy about those!

this is what has kept me going for the past month! I put on a fashion show for my husband showing him all of the clothes I used to wear before I got pregnant. All of these clothes are now loose on me.. I hardly get on the scale n e more because I think my scale is the devil
Good luck0 -
