Hey guys,
Are you supposed to calculate your calories through the 'Settings' area (under 'Update diet/Fitness Profile') whenever you log in a loss in weight? Any answers would be helpful, thanks!!

Not unless you want to change the amount of weight loss you want per week or change lifestyle.0

My weight loss goal is still the same but when I recalculate w/ my updated weight, my projected daily calorie count is reduced. That is kind of logical since your calorie intake should drop as you lose weight.0

MFP recalculates your calorie goal every 10 pounds of loss. Just be sure you record the losses in "check-in".0

Thanks for the info!!0
