I Cheated....

So, over the last few days I've been eating ONLY healthy foods and doing minimal exercising. I'm upping that right away for maximum results.

BUT, today I couldn't help myself... I had to stand on the scale. Since it's only been like 4 days I didn't expect to see anything. My decided weigh in was going to be on Wednesday. Anyways, the scale said 231lbs. I didn't believe it so I got off and got on again. Yep... it really said 231. That's another 7lbs gone, in less then a week.

I know, I know.... this sounds unhealthy but I am eating healthier then I ever have before, no cheating. And I've included something more then coffee into my mornings. And I drink almost 8 glasses of water everyday.

I just had to share this with someone. I'm ecstatic and more driven then before. I even took a chance at weighing myself this morning, as I just got my menses. Maybe TMI there, but I can't help it!! It's exciting!!
