Today I went to my local gym and joined a class called "Powerbody", here is the website's description of the workout: (I'm translating it from Finnish, so sorry if it's not correct:D)

"Powerful whole body shaping muscle with aerobic endurance training
Muscle movements are made in sets of three movements, whit 20 reps.
Series is made between the maximum durability engaged to lift your heart rate"

Is it anything like Bodypump or is bodypump a lot more difficult?
I'm super curious because they also have a workout called "Pump" and the description is pretty much exactly the same.

Thank you to anyone that took time to answer!!!

No, it's hard to tell. Why not just give them a call?

If they're doing 3 sets of 20, it sounds different to Body Pump. In Body Pump you do a body part for the duration of a song, so you can be doing legs for 4 or 5 minutes, for example - possibly scores of reps! This sounds a bit more like circuit training maybe, what with doing three exercises for 20 reps to get aerobic benefits.

Why not give it a go?
