i dont know about lunch, but I put together some stuffed cabbage rolls for dinner, and then did the math. much to my surprise two fist size rolls is only 383 calories! I have room for lots of sides0

Homemade asian wrap
1/4 cup shredded cabbage
1./4 cup shredded carrots and sugar snap peas
3 oz leftover roast pork loin
2 TBSP Newmans Lighten up sesame ginger dressing - just discovered this and its GOOD!
Thrown in a regular 8" flour tortilla
About 400 calories, having with Cranberry crystal light. Eating now and trying not to make a mess...not easy.0 -

One crusty Roll buttered with American mustard and Pastrami and a bottle of oasis fruit drink (305 calories) BUT you should see what I am having for dinner!!!!!!! :explode: Hickory smoked Pork ribs 1/2 pack = 466 calories and McCains french fries: (586 calories) devil: needless to say I will go over my alloted calories for the day, so NO pudding for me tonight.
Never mind we have just adopted a six month old Great Dane pup and I can see hubby and I losing a good few kgs:bigsmile: she has already had us running around the paddock kicking a football:noway:

MMMMMMM... I just finished a late lunch of some leftover sashimi tuna... (threw out the extra rice last night), dipped in soy sauce. Also had one lone california roll (homemade, with very little light mayo) that was leftover as well....
Definately not as good as it was last night! But still better than a whole lot of nothin'!0 -
Okay, so I decided on mango chicken salad (Ikm pretty sure I got the recipe from here) sandwiches on honey wheat buns, sliced cucumbers in balsamic vinegar, and rum & coke zero! Throwing it all in a cooler and having a nice little picnic on the beach!
