Yesterday, I strayed from my normal meal and just enjoyed myself. I haven't had bread in almost two weeks but I craved a grilled cheese sandwich and tomato soup. It was sooooo good!!!! So now I'm paying for it today, I burned 500 calories on the treadmill and did another another 30 minutes of aerobic and strength training. I also need to prepare myself for tonight's dinner with my father- in-law at his favorite diner.

    The day before yesterday was the Mexican Restaurant. The day before that my best friend's dad smoked some ribs and DEMANDED I come over. You can't say no to daddy so I 'grudgingly' ate my allotted portion .:laugh: The cost -Taebo advanced and basic and 8 miles with Leslie Sansone.

    Yes I am a member too. Last night 17 of us went to chinese buffet for a going away dinner for my friends son. He leaving today for the army. So yes I over ate. Then I ate some more, then more and more. until I thought I was going to pop. Then of course came home and played wii and had cocktails :drinker: until wii hours of the night. OMG am I paying for it today. I feel like 10lbs of poop stuffed in a 5lb bag:sick: Thank god for tomarrow:huh:
