Any popular free-weights plans anyone uses?

I am looking to start free weights in the next week or so, and instead of lugging my Nook around to look at pictures from some of the routines I see in HERS Magazine, I was wondering if anyone had any personal plans that they use for weight lifting in the gym? Thanks! :)
