going out to dinner tonight and don't have calories left for

Hi,
We are going out to dinner tonight for a friends birthday to Fogo's - all meat all the time. Now I know that I should have saved calories and gotten a workout in so I could enjoy more, but here's the deal... I work 4am to 1pm - so I have to take a nap this afternoon to even go to dinner because we are meeting about a half hour before I normally head off to bed. I don't want to eat heavy and then come home to sleep so I'm going to just do the salad bar and see if I can cut some cals that way. I also normally do a water aerobics class in the evening early enough that I can get it in and then come home and hit the hay... And I've already had two meals today because my "lunch" is at 9am... dinner tonight is at 6:30 so I know I'll be hungry.

So anyway - wish me luck! I know it will be hard to track what I eat from the salad bar and I don't want to seem like a "kill-joy" to use my honey's phrase, and watch everything I put in my mouth. I want to be able to visit and chat because we haven't seen them in a long time. This is going to be a tough challenge and I've done so well lately. I have water class tomorrow and I guess if I go over, tomorrow is a new day. that is all!
