weight training help

I started taking a weight training class and the assignment for this week is to create a full body routine. We have a list of exercises to give us an idea and most people in the class are just picking blindly from the list. I want the results I want and dont really just want to blindly pick off this list. I thought maybe some of you experienced lifters could help me out.
Goals
I want an *kitten* like a video ho. whats the best leg workouts for lifting and rounding out the butt.
I have defined calfs already and dont want them to bulk up much more. what are some good quad and calf full leg exercises to tone and define the whole leg not just calf
I want arms that are strong and defined . I have started developing my traps base of the neck muscles top of my shoulder I think from doing pull ups and i dont like the way it looks I want a neckline that slopes down so if you could recommend some exercises that say mmmm sexy arms not budging neck line.

and any other all over body exercises what are your favorites? what did you start out doing that really didn't work for you? How do you feel about pyramid set or reps to failure? any tips will be greatly appreciated.
