I just joined. I found the calorie count application on my iphone and decided to use it to gain weight. I lost way too many pounds doing insanity so I figured that tracking them would be the way to go. I think I was not eating enough. I went from 159-160 to 150. I didn't want to, but it happened. Great workout but you really need to increase your calorie intake.
Anyway, I also kickbox/gym 3-4 times a week and when I don't kickbox or go to the gym, I do insanity at home. I am about to throw P90X in there as well.
