I started on MFP bout a month ago. I am like most people I enjoy food, and always on the go. Now I find it very important to lose weight, and be healthier, as I use to be a real big gym rat and was always trying to gain weight I find it very hard to eat less and watch what I am eating. I am on a 1300 calorie a day diet so far so good, except while watching football or basketball, very hard not to eat chips or wings or pizza.

I am doing slim fast and using HCG platinum to help me learn portion control.

Will need some people in the fox hole with me.

    Thanks for adding me! We're all in this together. I've found that having a support group on here has helped me TREMENDOUSLY, so get a good group of new friends on here and it'll help keep you motivated along the way. WE CAN DO IT! :-)
