If you feeling like wanting give up and lost the track, why not try create your own chart with 30 day plan or other exercise you aim for month for example second picture my aim is using swiss ball to focus on my love handle, arms and legs to use side crunch, push up, abs crunch, leg extension or more for 2 months on morning and evening when I have done, I will tick on the sheet if I missed out I cross.
you can put your highest weight photo with note of your mini goal, halfway goal or final goal on your fridge, bedroom wall or somewhere you want stick to reminding you to continue journey. when you reach the fridge, you will see the photo it will make you think stop hungry and eat late snack before bed! its worked me well! And it made me feel want heading to gym, jogging, mild exercise etc swiss ball and keep walk on my journey
because I dont want to be this person who was unhappy inside with fake happy on my face again like my highest weight.
