Is ridiculas!!! Holy crap, yummmo!

I have been using silken tofu in my smoothies, but today I got vanilla(they have chocolate too). Well, I opened the container and dipped my spoon in for a taste...ahhhhh...it tasted like a delicious pudding! I seriously could eat it plain!

So I made a smoothie with
1/4 cup vanilla silken tofu - 60 calories
4oz almond milk - 20 calories
3/4 cup frozen peaches - 50 calories
1/2 banana - 53 calories
1/4 cup raspberries - 16 calories
3 ice cubes

total calories 199, total fat 3grams, it was so freakin good!!! and HUGE! I'm going to dream about vanilla silken tofu all night!

I found it at my regular ol' grocery store, right next to the basic tofu. If you can't find it try an organic or all natural store. ♥

It's usually in the produce section with the refrigerated stuff like won ton wrappers and what not. I've had the berry silkened tofu and it's amazing! I bought some for a friend who thought I was weird and she loved it! She even used it in place of yogurt in the No Pudge brownies you can get from Trader Joes! Super good!

If you can't find it anywhere, try using lowfat yogurt or skim milk in it's place and adding a tsp of vanilla extract.
