Excessively Tired?

I have been working out pretty intensely for about a year or so, and definitely cranked it up within the last 4 months with a new trainer. He tried to get be on supplements, multivitamin, antioxidant, iron, and vitamin d. I haven't been taking them (usually I forgot on a daily basis and just ended up not taking them). This past week, I have just been so overly tired. I work evening shift 4pm-12a, and I have been sleeping 10-12 hours a day, usually going to bed around 2a and sleeping until 1ish.

Def, this is NOT normal for me. Do you think this may be from the lack of vitamins/minerals? Are there any other symptoms that I should be looking for? All help is appreciated!

    You may not be eating enough, try to up your protein and complex carb intake (whole grain breads and pasta, add more meat or nuts). You could just be under-nourishing your body. If you can't remember to take supplements then fruits and veggies are EXTREMELY important, but the supplements will make a difference!
