Thighs,Bum,Hips and Lower tum!

Ekk! I am 5' 9'' and rather curvy around the hips,bum and tum. Im worried about trying to lose the fat and tone up around this area because of my body shape. I have a small waist but its all around the lower hips and tummy. Any ideas on how to exercise to help these areas?

    I do the recumbant bike, the cross trainer and I run! These all work out your but and legs! And your abs to! I would also start doing some yoga and ab work to help tone and stretch those ,uscles! To DVDs I would recomend are Barbra Curries Power of Yoga and 10minute Solutions Blast off Belly fat!
