    I started my weight journey a year ago this Friday. I started at 250 and currently have 15 more lbs to go until I reach my goal of 150.

    I last weighed this when I was in grade 6, and haven't been "Healthy" BMI in so long.
    I just want ya'll to know... that THIS IS WORTH IT.... YOU ARE WORTH.
    Please don't give up...

    I was you... almost a year ago. I thought the same things... felt the same things... if you work just as hard and believe in yourself... YOU WILL get there :) Don't give up...
