Hi all, I was looking around for yoga studios for my mom, sister, and I to attend and I came across this one lady (that is a certified yoga instructor) who teaches yoga for diabetics. My mom and my sister are both diabetics and I thought this yoga class might benefit them more than a regular one, but I wasn't sure what the difference was between a regular yoga class and one for diabetics. I do know there are different types of yoga but I just wasn't sure what one for diabetics had to offer.
Thanks
Thanks

 I think Diabetic Yoga is sugar free. Honestly though, I can't think of what the difference would be.0

I've seen yoga for seniors, bigger people, and osteoporosis .... yoga for diabetics?? Hmmmm not sure. I would call and ask what the deal is.
Here's a Mayo Clinic yoga video .... maybe it will help
