Need to lose 40 Pounds but i get frustrated when I see no re

OKay,

Hello! I want to lose weight for summer and keep the weight off. I am 180 pounds and i want to be 140 or 150 somewhere around there. I know i need to excercise and eat better. I dont really know what to eat as far as dinners, not sure about the different excercises. I usually try and bake my foods and incorporate more veggies. I just get unmotivated please SUPPORT PLEASE!!! I try and do Zumba but i know that just zumba isnt going to make me lose weight!

HELP!

    Hi! I'm in your boat too. I need to lose that 40 lbs, joined this site in January 2012, I'm eating well, but definitely need more exercise.

    I love Zumba...and it can burn off a lot of calories! I do know people who have lost all of their weight from Zumba, but I'm sure if you can add some weight training it will help.

    Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred , in that she uses Cardio, Strength & Abs... you could do those things on your own and see what happens.... :)
