Okay, so I'm not really new to Myfitnesspal since I've been using it for over a week on my phone, I am new on here since i wasn't aware that they had a site! Anyway, I did lose about 30 pounds a few years ago by using the slim-fast plan, but over the years I have not been as diligent in keeping with the good eating and exercise habits that I developed on it. I still do drink slim-fast in the morning, but that's about it. Since I've been using Myfitnesspal, I have started to get back into those good habits once again. Though, sometimes it's REALLY hard because I sometimes give into temptations way to easily.
