I stumbled on this site and when I saw the app for the I-phone I decided to try it. I love it!! I have a whole nother outlook on food. Not sure why but I don't eat like I used to and I think about what I am going to eat before I do. And I think about food ALL the time and logging it into my page and keeping up with the calories. I've only been doing this for a week and for 6days I was under my goal when before I would prob be 3xs my goal. Its new to me so I really hope I keep up with it like now. I have already lost 4lbs!!! And its not water weight cuz I already lost that.

You made a great decision giving this site a try. It isn't long before you get the idea here. Really it is basic. But the logging food really shows you how much mindless eating you can do. It really does make you think about what and how much your eating. Add some friends and do some reading here and with determination you will get to your goal. And when you get there this plan can help you stay there.0

Hi, I was made aware of this site by a friend yesterday and ffor free I am loving it too. It the same concepts of Weight Watchers. I emaiked a coue friends to check it out and they are liking it too. I workout five days a week but my eating habit is very atrocious!!! I pray we all stick to it and see results to manage our portion sizes. :flowerforyou:

I just joined this site on friday and I absolutely love it! Like you, I never really thought much to how much I was eating and now I think about how much calories foods are and stuff. I feel really positive now that I've been eating and exercising better and I also sleep a lot better, even though I never really had any sleep problems. I just used to wake up feeling very sleepy, where now I don't (:
If this can happen in the matter of days, I can't wait to see weeks or months!
