In seven months, brought my cholesterol (the bad LDL according to the doctor) down 51 points!!!! Woo hooo.....I'm not just borderline, instead of HIGH!!! Woo hoo.....and the triglycerides came down 18 points!!!! Woo hooo...I"m happy...not looking at cholesterol meds now!!!
