Multivitamins...again. Ugh.

I bought One-A-Day Teen Advantage for Her a few months ago, at first when I took it I would take it in the morning with breakfast and be fine. After about a month, I started feeling really sick after I took my vitamin. So I began taking it with a small snack about an hour before bed, and that worked for about a week until I was up all night with terrible stomach cramps. I've tried taking it at all times of the day, with and without food. I have 50 of these vitamins left and I can't take them because they make me so incredibly sick.

What are some vitamins you guys recommend, and what time of the day do you take them (also, with or without food?)
