Hi,
I just got going today on a recommendation from a co-worker.

I'm a single Dad of 3 years after being married for 24. I work full-time (about an hour from home) and also take one college math class online as I am working on an engineering degree. I have one daughter at home with me 95% of the time. I do not have lots of time for working out as I don't usually get home before 6 PM (and sometimes 7), then I make supper and start studying or cleaning or paying bills.... You get the idea.

What i'm looking for is some people in a similar situation that can relate to me. I would like to lose 30-50 pounds. I'm not faring well at this point, but am doing what I can. I am trying to do jumping jacks during the commercials when I do watch TV and while waiting for the computer to boot up and load programs. Any other tips would be great.
