  • I know you run, I use a calculation for mine. It's body weight multiplied by 0.63 = calories burned for one mile. I'd be interested to hear what others say.

    Your formula measures my calorie burn for 5 miles as 396

    MFP measures it as 464

    Either way I always only eat 50% of my exercise calories back
