First time here.

Never done a post, so here I am! Im a 21 year old mother of a 7 month old, and ever since I had my son ive gained weight. I dont want to look like a frumpy mom anymore. I want to be healthy, fit, and feel like I look decent. When I was fifteen I was in the hospital due to not eating, i went through therapy for anorexia. I have horrible back pain from my pregnancy so if anyone can help with what kind of exercises work but doesnt kill my back, that would be awesome. Im hoping to do 30ds all the way through, i tried doing it for two days and i couldnt even get all the way through the whole workout and i was extremely embarassed but im hoping to push myself through it. I also will be trying to do ea active 2 on my wii at night.
