Intermittent versus Daily Calorie Restriction

I was just curious if any of you have had success doing intermittent calorie restriction (So restricting calories by quite a bit a couple days a week, and then eating moderate/normal on the other days). I am considering trying it out just to mix things up a bit, according to the scientific research I have found online it looks like it is technically proven to be just as effective as every day moderate restriction, but I was curious if anyone has actually tried it!! Let me know

Yes, it works. Net cummulative daily/weekly/monthly goals are pretty much the same in the end. Some people in eating more on workout days and less on rest days.0
