Random NSV...People are noticing!

Haven't really seen the scale drop ....but I had two random coworkers who are not in my department say "Wow...you're losing weight!" and "I see you're getting smaller..." I'm kinda avoiding the scale because I was getting too frustrated

That felt sooooo good! That encourages me even more to be up again at 3:45a.m. to hit the gym before work. I just know my clothes are fitting a little looser and, evidently, the change is noticeable.

I had this happen for the first time the other day. I've dropped like 20+ pounds, but no one had really said anything. Now, like in the past week, three people have said something. It's a great feeling.
