Couple questions

Hi there, I am new to the forum and have a couple of questions.

My first question is when I choose the curves circuit training option for exercise it only says 155 calories burned. I KNOW it has to be more than that.

Also I am doing the 30 day shred but there is no option for this, so how do I input it in my exercise.

    30 day shred u can put under calisthentics.
  • There is a pretty accurate calorie burn calculator on healthstatus.com, I use this for some exercises they don't have listed on here

    30 day shred is circuit training, it gives the most accurate burn. I would put the same for curves as well. They are both circuit training. Your best bet though is to get a HRM for the most accuracy. :)

    I use Curves smart, so it gives me a calorie burn for each day that I imput. I never saw anything as low as 155 for a half hour -- are you very small maybe that is it.
