Hello everyone,
I am 22 years old with a 2 year old son. I want to lose all this excess weight that I mainly gained while I was pregnant and never lost. I signed up at the gym today as well as myfitnesspal.com. I started taking vitamins B12 and Biotin as well. I really want to start a healthier lifestyle for me and my son. So far I like the workouts that I do and I don't mind less calories in my diet. I have way more energy now than ever before. Anyone have good tips or any recipes that are low on calories and still taste good?:)
